Terms and conditions for Menorca car rental bookings

A booking with Matematics is confirmed once we have agreed the vehicle category, delivery point and dates by e-mail or through the contact form. The exact model — for example a specific convertible, premium SUV or Jeep Wrangler — is confirmed at the time of booking, drawn from the category requested rather than guaranteed in advance. All pricing is quoted in euros, and the final daily rate is confirmed on request once dates and vehicle category are known.

A security deposit is required before pickup, with the amount depending on the specific vehicle reserved rather than a fixed figure across the fleet. During the rental period, the renter is responsible for the car: fuel, motorway and other tolls, and any fines or penalty notices arising from its use are the renter's responsibility, whether issued at the time or afterward.

Cancellation or amendment of a confirmed booking is handled directly through the contact form or by e-mail, rather than by phone. Requests are reviewed against the vehicle and dates already held, and any change to deposit or price is confirmed in writing before it takes effect.
