This page explains what personal information we collect when you contact us about a rental, and what we do with it.
What we collect and why
When you submit an enquiry through our form or write to us by e-mail, we collect your name, contact details (e-mail address and, if provided, a phone number), your requested rental dates, and the vehicle category you are interested in. This is the minimum needed to prepare an accurate quote and, if you proceed, to confirm the booking.
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, draft a quote, arrange delivery and collection, and keep a record of the agreed terms in case either party needs to refer back to them. We do not use enquiry data for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
Enquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed to complete the rental and address any post-rental questions, typically no longer than is necessary for accounting and insurance purposes tied to that specific booking. After that period, records are deleted or anonymised unless you ask us to retain them for a future enquiry.
Your details are shared only where the rental itself requires it, for example with a delivery driver bringing the car to your villa or hotel. We do not pass your information to anyone outside what is needed to arrange and deliver the vehicle you have requested.
Data handling questions
What happens to the information I submit through the contact form?

How do I ask you to delete my data?
Send a deletion request through the contact page or by e-mail, referencing your name and the dates of your enquiry. We will remove the record unless we are required to keep it for a completed booking's accounting purposes.
Do you use my details for marketing after my enquiry?
No. Information submitted through the form or by e-mail is used solely to prepare your quote and manage your rental, not for unrelated marketing contact.
