Answers before you reserve a car in Menorca
Practical details on rates, requirements and delivery, each confirmed individually once you get in touch.
Why some answers depend on your dates
A handful of details in this rental cannot be fixed in advance: the exact car, its deposit and the final rate all depend on which dates and which vehicle category you choose. That is why several answers below describe how a figure is set, rather than giving one number for every booking.
Once you send an enquiry with your dates, vehicle preference and delivery point, we confirm the specifics in writing by e-mail before any payment is taken. The questions here are meant to clear up what varies, what doesn't, and why.
Frequently asked questions
Does the daily rate change between low and high season?
Yes. Rates sit within a 300 € to 2,500 € per day range depending on the vehicle, and the upper part of that range is more likely in peak summer months. The exact figure for your dates is confirmed when you enquire.
Is there a minimum number of days for a rental?
There is no fixed minimum; single-day bookings are accepted. Longer bookings are common for villa stays and can be arranged for the full length of your visit.
Does the deposit amount differ from one car to another?
Yes. The deposit is set per vehicle rather than as a flat figure across the fleet, reflecting the value and category of the car reserved. It is confirmed alongside the rate once your booking is placed.
Which convertible models are included in the range?
The open-top range typically includes the Mini Cooper Cabrio in its premium trim, BMW Z4, Porsche Boxster and Mercedes CLE Cabrio. Availability shifts with the calendar, so the specific car is matched to your dates rather than listed as a fixed catalogue.
Can I add a second driver to the booking?
Yes, a second driver can be added, provided they meet the same requirements as the main renter. Their licence details are collected at the same time as the main booking information.
Does delivery cover villas outside Mahón and Ciutadella?
Delivery covers the whole island, not just the two main towns. This includes Menorca Airport, hotels and villas in the surrounding areas, with the exact address confirmed when you book.
